SOW + Diagram 3 business days
You receive a fixed-bid Statement of Work containing scope (must-haves and won't-haves), target-state architecture diagram, sequence diagrams for any bi-directional flow, weekly milestone plan, fixed price, and payment schedule.
Build 3–12 weeks (tier-dependent)
Weekly check-ins, mid-sprint demos, async PR reviews. AI-augmented delivery — Cursor + Claude for boilerplate, automated test generation, AI-assisted code review — cuts the typical 8–12 week timeline to 3–8 weeks without cutting the quality bar.
Handover & Optional Managed Services final week + ongoing
Production deployment, runbook delivery, observability dashboards, and a knowledge-transfer session. If a managed services tier is attached, ongoing support starts the day after delivery acceptance.

- Honest scope changes. If something mid-build needs to expand scope, the client receives a written change order, a new fixed price, and a clear yes/no decision — not a quietly-creeping invoice.
- Real handover, not staged. The client's team can run, monitor, and extend what was built the day Green Dolphin leaves. If they can't, the engagement isn't done.
